Meeting our clients is crucial for building a strong, lasting relationship. It allows us to understand their needs and goals and ensures that we can deliver a personalised solution tailored to their specific requirements when transporting their family pets in addition to meeting the pets. If the client is abroad we can arrange a FaceTime call at a date and time that suits them regardless where they are located in the world.

 

During the meeting, we will ask various questions to gather relevant information in addition to answering any questions the client may have. Moving forward, we will provide an estimate together with a copy of our T&Cs.
